Standard Poodles are most popular for their beautiful appearance and etiquette nature. They still have some pros and cons to discuss.

Standard Poodles are hunter dogs by nature. They used to hunt more on water than land. So they were first used by the French to hunt ducks and geese in water bodies. These poodles are smarter and strong dogs.

In recent times, Standard Poodles are grown up mostly as show dogs and fashion canines by dog owners and poodle lovers. But they can also be frowned upon as great hunter dogs and calm home pets.

Some Miniature Poodles will be born with light body deformities. This is commonly known as Chondrodysplasia. Poodles affected by Chondrodysplasia will have shorter legs and longer backs. So they are slightly asymmetrical in nature.

Normal Miniature Poodles will have a perfectly symmetrical body. Perfect Miniature Poodles are costlier than dogs with slight deformities.  But this doesn’t make a huge difference during dog’s playtime and nature.
